So much of what is produced
these days is manufactured on such
a large scale that it needs a
complex chain of
ingredients... At MyLoaf we produce bread with simple, traceable wholesome ingredients in a straightforward traditional way. We bake breads with no preservatives, no additives and non-hydrogenated fats with but a small amount of salt. We have an open plan bakery and shop, our customers and clients can see everything we make and do - a trustworthy bread indeed ! |
